FIFA World Cup 2026

Doritos & Lays Fan Experience

At the FIFA Fan Experience during the 2026 World Cup, I served as Food & Beverage Supervisor for a culinary activation built in partnership with New Creatures for Doritos and Lay's — bringing global flavor to one of the biggest stages in sports.

The concept centered on connection through food: Doritos offered loaded nachos with a choice of six global flavor toppings, each inspired by a different country competing in the tournament, while Lay's served warm, crispy chips with seasonings drawing from the same worldwide flavor profiles. For fans from every corner of the globe, it was a chance to taste something that felt like home — or discover something entirely new.

Running both the Doritos and Lay's operations meant owning the full picture, front of house and back of house, for every match at MetLife Stadium. That included training front-of-house staff to deliver fast, friendly service under high-volume match-day pressure, and managing kitchen equipment and material ordering to keep both operations running without a hitch — no small task when you're serving fans from dozens of countries in a stadium built for tens of thousands.

It's the kind of project that only works when hospitality, logistics, and brand experience are all firing at once — and it's exactly the kind of production challenge I thrive on.
